What's included in the price of the booked room?

The price you see while booking includes all facilities mentioned in room description. Detailed list of furnishings and other room equipment, as well as photos of the room, can be seen by clicking on the “More” tab. The prices are defined by accommodation facility owners within their price policy.

Can I book the room without having a credit card?

Yes, you can. It is possible to choose from three methods of payment: credit card payment, payment by bank transfer and cash payment in the accommodation facility.

What is a TELEKOD and why do I need it?

TELEKOD is an user ID number generated once during the registration and displayed in the user view. While booking by phone you must give your TELEKOD to the receptionist.

Where can I enter my requests concerning reservation?

The right place for it is the “Requests” field on the second step of the booking process.

Is the price displayed in booking widget a price per room or a price per person?

All prices displayed in BOOKING widget are prices per room. If you select additional options, the price in the widget won't change. Possible additional payments related with these options depends only on accommodation facility owner and their price policy.

Can I pay for the accommodation in advance?

Yes, you can. It's possible to pay by bank transfer. Detailed payment terms depend on price policy in adopted in the chosen accommodation facility. You need to contact with its personnel for some further instructions.

Where should I pay for the accommodation?

You may do it online by bank transfer. Unless the price policy of the chosen accommodation facility provides otherwise, it's also possible to make a payment directly in the facility

How can I submit my special requests, i.e. room with a view of the sea, room on a particular floor, special dietary needs etc.?

The special requirements should be entered in the “Requests” field in the second step of the booking process. You can contact with the personnel of the chosen accommodation facility and check, if they're acquainted with the requests and if they will comply with them. This should be done not earlier than after the reservation is confirmed

Is there a limited number of rooms that I can book at once?

Yes, it is. The System allows you to book no more than five rooms (of course, if there are enough vacancies at the moment). The limit applies only to their quantity – it doesn't matter, whether they're single, double or bigger. Group reservations should be made by direct contact with the accommodation facility owner and their terms depend on reservation policy adopted by the owner.

I make a reservation. Should the dates and times be expressed in the local time of my place or should I enter the date of the place where the accommodation facility lies?

The arrival and departure date and time should be expressed according to the local time in the place, where the accommodation facility is located.

Can I be sure that the room is booked and the accommodation facility personnel has received the confirmation?

Yes, you can. The confirmation process takes place automatically. Additionally, after your reservation is verified and booked, you will receive a voucher.

I plan to arrive to the accommodation facility before/after its official check-in time. Will I have a problem checking-in?

Probably not. During the booking process, in its third step, You need to declare the time of arrival by filling the “Additional informations” field. To know what is the official check-in time in the accommodation facility, read its rules.

How to find out, if the accommodation facility allows pets?

All the pet matters are regulated in the accommodation facility policy, which is usually available on the facility's website. In cause of doubts, it's good idea to call the accommodation facility and ask about You need to know.

How to find out, if the reservation has been confirmed by the accommodation facility?

After passing the booking process, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the reservation and URL allowing to see its details.

I haven't received any confirmation message. What should I do?

You should carefully check the mailbox. It happens, that the messages we're waiting for land up

in the spam folder.

If you're pretty sure you haven't received any confirmation, you need to contact with the accommodation facility personnel. You may also check your account, which stores the informations about all your reservations.

Are the in-room conveniences guaranteed?

Yes, they are. All conveniences mentioned in the description of the booked room should actually be in the room

What is voucher and why I need it?

Voucher is a certificate confirming the reservation. You should have the voucher when arriving tho the accommodation facility and show it to the receptionist.

Is it possible to change or cancel the reservation and when it can be done?

The reservation can be cancelled as well as changed. Both these operations are regulated in Reservation Policy with the Terms of Cancelation.

Is the cancellation associated with any additional fees?

It depends on when you will cancel the reservation. The fees associated with cancellation and other cancellation terms are regulated in Reservation Policy with the Terms of Cancelation.

How can I find out that the reservation is cancelled?

After canceling the reservation, you will receive an e-mail message with the confirmation of the cancellation. If you haven't noticed any such message, you should carefully check the spam folder in your mailbox and if it isn't there, you need to contact with the accommodation facility.

How can I find out, if the accommodation facility has a car park and if it has, how can I book the parking place?

All needed informations should be available on the accommodation facility's website. It should be remarked that the parking place reservation may be paid and its price may be not included in the main price list. It's recommended to call the accommodation facility and ask about it.

How can I find out, if the accommodation facility has a lift or the other conveniences?

All needed informations about the conveniences available in the accommodation facility should be available on the facility's website. The conveniences available in the particular room are mentioned in the tab “More” which is displayed in the first step during the booking process. For further informations you may contact with the accommodation facility; its contact details are displayed int the first step during the booking process; they should be available on the accommodation facility's website.

Where can I find the accommodation facility address?

You can see the accommodation facility address during the booking process (it's displayed in the upper left corner of the screen) in the e-mail you receives after reservation is made and in the voucher.

Where can I get the instructions on how to get to the accommodation facility?

The accommodation facility's website usually should include the map showing where the facility is located. The accommodation facility's address is displayed in the booking form, in e-mail messages you receives after the reservation is made.
